Welcome to CADD Centre BTM Layout, Bangalore. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before enrolling.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website (cadcourse-btm.com), enrolling in our courses, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. COURSE ENROLLMENT

2.1. Eligibility

Our courses are open to students, working professionals, and anyone interested in skill development. Some courses may have specific educational prerequisites.

2.2. Registration

To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete information.

2.3. Course Fees

All course fees must be paid as per the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Fees are subject to change without prior notice for future batches.

2.4. Payment Terms

Fees can be paid through cash, bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other accepted payment methods. Payment receipts will be provided upon request.

3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1. Cancellation by Student

If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the course start date, a refund will be processed after deducting administrative charges (as applicable).

3.2. No Refund After Course Commencement

Once the course has commenced and classes have begun, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3.3. Batch Transfer

Students may request a one-time batch transfer subject to availability and approval from the management.

3.4. Course Cancellation by CADD Centre

In the unlikely event that we cancel a course, students will be offered either a full refund or transfer to another suitable batch.

4. COURSE DELIVERY

4.1. Schedule

Course schedules, including class timings and duration, will be communicated at the time of enrollment. CADD Centre reserves the right to modify schedules with prior notice to enrolled students.

4.2. Mode of Training

Courses may be offered in online, offline, or hybrid modes. The mode of delivery will be specified at the time of enrollment.

4.3. Course Material

Study materials, software access, and other learning resources will be provided as part of the course. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

4.4. Attendance

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. A minimum attendance percentage may be required for certification.

5. CERTIFICATION

5.1. Eligibility

Certificates will be issued only to students who have successfully completed the course requirements, including attendance, assignments, projects, and assessments.

5.2. Certificate Issuance

Certificates will be issued within 15-30 days after successful course completion.

5.3. Duplicate Certificates

A fee will be charged for issuing duplicate certificates in case of loss or damage.

6. PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE

6.1. Placement Support

We provide 100% placement assistance, which includes resume building, interview preparation, and job referrals. However, we do not guarantee job placement.

6.2. Student Responsibility

Students must actively participate in placement activities and follow through with interview opportunities provided by us.

6.3. No Guarantee

While we strive to connect students with potential employers, securing a job depends on various factors including the student's skills, performance, and market conditions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. Course Content

All course materials, including videos, presentations, documents, and software provided by CADD Centre BTM are the intellectual property of CADD Centre and/or its licensors.

7.2. Restrictions

Students may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any course content without prior written permission.

7.3. Software Licenses

Any software provided for educational purposes must be used in accordance with the respective software license agreements.

8. STUDENT CONDUCT

8.1. Professional Behavior

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during classes and interactions with faculty and fellow students.

8.2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals
  • Using institute facilities for unauthorized purposes
  • Any illegal activities on premises or online platforms

8.3. Disciplinary Action

Violation of conduct rules may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

9. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

9.1. No Warranty

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes, job placement, or salary expectations.

9.2. Force Majeure

CADD Centre shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.

9.3. Personal Belongings

CADD Centre is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the premises.

9.4. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

CADD Centre reserves the right to modify course curriculum, tools, and technologies to keep pace with industry developments and ensure students receive the most current and relevant training.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13.2. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
